Use the X-Note addon, and has worked fine for ages, but reinstalled my system, and now the font for XNote is almost unreadable - Cursive, of some sort.. How can I change this? Thanks.

I've asked this before to no response. I JUST did a new search and found a users solution that I just tried to no avail. Which was to add the Provider for Google Calendar Extension, then unsubscribe and resubscribe to my Calendars! The old W7 version of the Calendar had the ability to have a Reminder EMAILED to oneself! That option with the new W11 version has disappeared! Can someone please ask the Coders to re include this option! THANK YOU! I 'LIVE" by this option! My Iphone 3rd party Calendar thankfully still has this option! But I would LOVE to have this back on my W11 Laptop in the Thunderbird Calendar!

With a new Thunderbird installation on Windows 10 Pro, I attempted to import my profile data from a Postbox on another machine. The process failed, citing two errors (see attached screen shot), EmptyDatabase Error: "blocklists/addons-bloomfilters" has not been synced yet Uncaught NS_ERROR_FILE_NO_DEVICE_SPACE: Component returned failure code: 0X805200010

The profile being imported is pretty large -- around 20Gb, so I wonder whether I have surpassed some capacity limit. I was doing this via the Import Tool on the Tools menu.

Porting my legacy mail folders is crucial. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PRELUDE: I have Thunderbird (TB) Version 152.0.1 (64-bit)

I have 45+ email addresses, some at various different domains, 8 (was 10 yesterday) Email accounts with Shaw that was taken over by Rogers. It's been a nightmare. I now have TB working almost as it should, and am use to but, one account has issue.

I tried to format this so it's easy to follow, but more formatting is not available so please see the pictures attached. Pics are self explanatory, but in case, pic 1 shows 3 accounts. The address with issues is the middle address (fake-two (faketwo@there.xy). The other 2, fake-one and fake-three have all their folders.

ANSWERS to possible questions: I used a outside mail to send/receive to/from fake-two. It receives and sends Email.

Something seems to have changed recently with the PDF rendering in Thunderbird. I received an email with a PDF file attached. When I view it on the screen it looks fine, but when printing it out from within Thunderbird part of the top of the first page missing; it looks like part of the image is behind a white rectangle.

When I save the file and print it using Acrobat Reader it renders fine.

I don't know what to make of this behavior, but it does seem to be new and there is a difference between how the file is printed from Thunderbird as opposed to printing using Adobe Reader.

Thunderbird 152.0.1 on Windows 11 PC.

My old email address was [redacted] @USIWireless.com. I got a new email address: [redacted] @icloud.com I am trying to set up my new email address with Thunderbird and when I do the steps I get an error message. "Unable to log in at server probably wrong configuration, user name or password. I am using my new email address with its password. Not sure what to do next. I would really like to get my new email on Thunderbird. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you for any help! Anthony Berka

On Saturday morning 27 June 2026 I tried to login my Orcon email account via Thunderbird (which I have been using for a long time). But my login didn't work, I got a message saying "login to POP3.orcon.net.nz with username habitation failed." On 30th June 2026 I reported the problem to Orcon.

Orcon gave me the following settings for Thunderbird. I have done that and even made a new account: Incoming Server Type: IMAP Mail Server: imap.orcon.net.nz Port: 143 SSL: Off Authentication: On (username and password required)

Outgoing SMTP Server: Mail Server: smtp.orcon.net.nz Port: 25 SSL: Off Authentication: Off

Since then I have spent many hours and going around in circles with Orcon's Technical Support to resolve this, but no luck. They blame Thunderbird. I used Thunderbird Troubleshoot Mode. The message that comes up reads: login to server mail orcon.net.nz with username habitation failed. Please can you check that your server settings above are correct? And if there is a bug? Irma

I'm running the latest version of Thunderbird 140.12.1esr on 15.7.7 (24G720) on an M1 processor.

I'm witnessing Memory leak > Thunderbird who usually use 800MB jumps to Gb up to 60Gb

It makes this version unusable.

In previous versions of Firefox it was easy to create a filter. Not anymore. I want to allow trusted addresses to come into my Inbox without going into Spam. Even when I follow (Google's AI) instructions exactly, all my medical information goes to Spam AND the trusted filter I created seems to have blocked dozens of browser choices in DIY sites, among others.

Hello.I just want to let you know,that somehow the client what i uzsdeing is forget to make undread massages to read when i takea look at them.When i double clivck on them they open a diffferent page and then they get read status.What could cause this?

I have just re-started my problem when this system crashes again. For 3 weeks I have sent reports of sites being crashed. The has not been any changes. It happens when on web site and also when using E-mail. HELP!

Yesterday I downloaded 90 emails from my mail server. Only 5 of them were filtered correctly.

Upon reviewing the remaining 85 emails, I observed that many of them "should" have been filtered. So I opened up the Tools - Message Filters and applied the filtering to the INBOX file.

Almost immediately, all 85 emails disappeared. They were not in the Trash folder, nor were they visible in any other folder or mail box that I could see.

It was recommended to apply the "repair" to the INBOX which I tried; However, all that happened was 318 older emails that I have processed a few days before reappeared in the INBOX. Which interestingly would not sort by the date indicated for the email; they would only sort by subject and sender.

It was further recommended to close TB, and delete the INBOX.msf file. Which I did do. In addition, I also restored the INBOX to the previous days file using my daily backup files. That file shows 101,076 kb of info contained in it.

I reopened TB to find once again nothing in the INBOX, and when I tried to re-run the get msgs aspect, the result was the system telling me there were no email messages to collect.

Yet I know the same 90 emails are still sitting in the mail server system.

Why did this happen?

Where did the 85 emails in the INBOX go to?

Why isn't the set of 2200++ email filters not automatically filtering all emails once they are collected, and distributing them to the appropriate email file folder / mail box?

What recommendations are available to help me resolve this situation and prevent it from happening again?

Also, I have a txt and html file of the 8 Jul 2026 filter report. Why can't I upload said files along with this set of information? Why are attachments only restricted to image files?

The email I thought I’d sent isn’t in my sent folder. I saw it being sent. I also tried restoring the sent items folder, but it didn’t work. What should I do? Is there any risk of it being misused?

Why do I see a green dot only occasionally next to some saved messages but not next to other saved messages? Important note: I have reported the police service in my Canadian city to the Alberta (provincial/state) government's Police Review Commission, and the Police Review Commission is conducting an investigation. I have been using Thunderbird for about 15 years. I use POP3 access to download a copy of each email into Thunderbird, and then use filters to move emails from each of multiple accounts into a subfolder under local folders. I have one account which is no longer active, but all the emails were still stored in the subfolder. Today, I went to look at the emails in this account, which hasn't been looked at for at least 5 years. When I clicked the subfolder to see the emails, I got a popup window which looked like an OAUTH access window, not the list of my stored emails. I'm afraid I didn't pay much attention to the popup window, I just closed it so I could try again. When I closed the window, the subfolder disappeared. I have no idea how to get it back, since I still want to keep those emails. Does anyone know how to get it back?
